The Privacy Policy covers the treatment of personal data which you submit to us, MERCATOR LIGHTING PTY LTD.  Personal data is defined as any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
Mercator Lighting will process any personal data you provide in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Mercator Lighting will request information from you for its database, such as your Company¡¦s name, Names of Directors/Managers, postal address, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail address.

If you wish to exercise your right under the Privacy Act to seek access to or correct the personal information that Mercator Lighting holds about you, you can contact our office preferably by written communication via post, fax or email, and ask for a computer print-out of the information held by Mercator Lighting.    This will also allow you to advise us of any corrections that may be necessary.
